I went to Kloof street Mcdnalds at 11-28 when i arrived there was a sign on the door of this 24hour store that read (Shop will be closed for 30 min due to Routine Maintenance) so i waited outside in the cold where there were people inside eating, we were all made to wait outside in the ice cold while i was waiting i notice inside staff digging in there nose and with that same hand not washing it taking chips out off the chip warmer where clients chips are taken out other staff rubbing their faces and eyes playing with their hair doing the same, i find this disgusting as i pay to buy those chips that they eat with those unhygienic hands. I further saw staff standing inside waving to us and laughing at us. 48 min later after the sign said 30 min there we still were waiting in the cold no one even came out to apologize to us or anything i left as i was freezing and was there in a cab and had to pay R130 for my cab fare and went home hungry i find this service to be pathetic and unfair and i will be taking the matter up with the CPA as i find it very disturbing what i have seen i have eaten from that shop many times and after what i saw the staff do with the chips only makes me wonde
