The night of the 30.06.2013 me and my wife went to Mcdonalds to get some food, now I was served by a Xhosa lady (lovely personality) no problem. sat in and had my food.
In a short while my wife said she was hungry and went on to order the burger (now the argument was ringing the order without explaining what the food is or reading it back to the customer. Now I jumped in and calmed the situation because I felt that Deborah made a mistake understandably and it happens lets move on. Now to my supprise when I addressed her she started giving me attitude and she was walking the otherway.
To my dicreation that is belitlleling and it's rude. First of all it's my right as a client to have the choice of food I want because I am paying for it.
now thew service rendered by this lady and her attitude was dispeakable. To me it just goes to show that Mcdonalts does not care about the service rendered to it's customers and they do not care because they have alot of money. that exaplains reason for hiring such staff to deal with clients.
That lady has no clue what customer service is and I do not think she cares much.
Someone please address this issue as i am DISGUSTED.
