Had the most appalling service at Vredenburg Spur today. I was there for over 40 mins with a very active, hungry toddler and tried to get service. I spoke to 4 different waiters for assistance and nobody came. The lady looking after the kids play section also went to get a waiter and none came. I arrived there at 1h50pm and walked out at 2h30pm without so much as even being given a menu. I left there very angry with a screaming, starving toddler. The worst part about this experience was that I was taking my girl out for a treat because she had already had a very bad day. A day that I thought couldn't possibly be any worse landed up being an absolute nightmare.
