I walked into Spur Gateway with my 4 year old son who was really hungry and needed a place to play. I waited outside with him for a place as there was no place available. After waiting we were taken inside and seated. No menus were provided, even worse not one person came to serve us. My son became restless as he was hungry. I walked out of Spur after another 15 minute wait. I spoke to Nalini the manager and explained to her that I was so disgusted at the service levels of Spur. I will never visit that place again... Really disappointed...
