ORDER PLACED DELIVERY NEVER MADE

I called the KFC delivery hotline for Montana deliveries, i had to hold for 15 minutes before they took my order because they were "experiencing a high volume of calls" my order was fianlly taken at 18h30 and i ws assured i will have my order within 30 minutes, it is now 20h22 and STILL no delivery or anything! This is APPALLING service to say the least!
