Empty promises

Hi All

I lodged a complaint on Hellopeter 17 June, regarding services received, reluctantly KFC responded via Hellopeter someone would contact me to resolve all issues... Today is the 25th... more than a week later, no call from KFC what so ever... Eish...

I suppose they would blame telkom for their landlines not working?
