Food cold containers dirty

I bought food at this outlet drove 5minutes home the coldslaw and mash and gravy containers were leaking over other containers chips were soaked in somthing they were disgusting and darkish brown chicken was cold is there a problem with hyegiene as no one seems to wear hair nets thank you.
