We went to eat at moyo on Sunday the 8th September, the next day 3 of us were victims of the transaction (2 of us lost R4000 each one transaction failed) and Moyo was the only place all 3 of us were together in years, this was a major inconvenience for our entire group as we have all had to go to the bank cancel cards etc furthermore one of u is on holiday In Cape town and they have taken his holiday money. We went there on Monday evening to make them aware of what was going on and to lodge a complaint. I would have expected at least an apology or for them to express some sort of shock that this had happened but nothing! Rather the manager just took my contact details and said somebody would contact me in regards to this matter and again i have not been contacted at all! Its as if there is no sense of concern shown by Moyo for what has happened.
