Visited the branch on 15/6/2013 at 12:00. Ordered 2x Hot chocolate and 1x double peppermelt burger and 1x cheddarmelt burger. We received our drinks within -8minutes. At -12:35 I asked another waitron to call the manager as I was still waiting for my food. Emmanuel immediately came over and we discussed the issue. It was immediately corrected and to his credit he presented us with new drinks on the house. However this bad to good turnaround was short-lived. My girlfriend and my food was cold. So much so that the sauce was congealing, chips were like rubber and burger lukewarm. I called emmanuel and he promised to rectify. Within 5minutes we were presented not with new food, but the same plate re-warmed. Need I say I am VERY disappointed/angry. However rather than complain further we ate what we could and paid for the meal albeit reluctantly... a second issue is other waitron were getting very "cosy" by the till across from where we were seated. It became so physical that we asked a female manager to intervene. This didn't help and they continued to "get to know each other". Whatever happened to good service? Please re-visit your service standards and rectify the situation!
