We (party of 20 people) booked to celebrate my daughter's special birthday last night. She was diagnosed with cancer last year and could not celebrate her birthday. The service was non-existent, the floor manager was spoken to twice and chose to ignore our requests for service. We then after 2 hours decided to pay for what we had consumed and left the restaurant without dinner! We also had 4 children with us that were very hungry. The floor manager told us that we were sending the waitress in different directions and she could not cope. At Retail Crossing there are 4 restaurants side by side - surely you would want to be the best in order to survive? I want to say thank you to Adega for stuffing up my daughter's special birthday last night!
