The floor manager of Adega Wilgeheuwel over charged me on the buffet that they offer on a Thursday - I queried it and i was told that it was the set price. I have been eating at this Adega for some time and i have never paid the 'set price'. The same floor manager took my Omo vouchers and reduced the value because i had eaten a mealy over the value of R100. After discussing this with Omo they told me that the manager has no right to do this...
Therefore, Adega Wilgeheuwel has from me, blantantly!!
I have discussed this with head office when it happened, at least 3 weeks ago and i still have not recieved any form of apology from Adega Wilgeheuwel.
I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again and i encourage all those that may read this to stay away from the franchise.
I will contact the press to see if i can get this message out to the surrounding community.
