On Friday 7 June 2013, all excited to get some food from Burger King for my nephew's birthday, I stood in a que in the freezing cold and was only allowed in almost 30 minutes later. After placing my order I left for home. Upon arrival at home I discovered that not all of of the order was in the take-away bags. This created a bit of chaos as all the children were waiting on their food. I called the the number on the slip and was asked to provide proof of purchase via email and also list the missing items. Once this was done they would take it up with the outlet and get back to me. I spoke to the manager of the store, Raeez and was assured the matter would be investigated. Almost a week later nobody has called me to give me any feedback. Today I decided to follow up and the same Raeez I spoke to me seemed more irritated that willing to assist.
I am amazed by the lack of service pride on his side and that of the company as being a new venture in Cape Town I would think customer service would be a top priority.
