I tried phoning to place an order over the phone tonight. No luck... When I got to the store, i saw that the phone was off the hook. I questioned the lady behind the counter about it. Her response was that the power went off earlier, they were working on manual orders and was not coping, so the phone was making things worse. I would have been understanding, but this is not the 1st time this happened. On a previous occasion, I had to phone the adjacent Debonairs and ask them to go and ask the Steers staff to put the phone back on the hook, so I could place an order for delivery at our office. This was at lunch time during the week. I am seriously wondering how much business you are losing every time the staff decide to take the phone off the hook.
Previously we had 2 orders delivered by this same branch, burnt, dried out patties! This store really needs decent management...
