Bad attitude served with hair In my Dagwood

Hello Peter

I popped in at a wimpy outlet situated on the N2 Empangeni Durban bound, hoping to get some breakfast.
We were, sadly, greeted by an angry cashier who simply had no time for us, we asked for the menu an the cashier pointed towards the entrance, where the menus were located. Nevertheless, we placed our order and the cashier wouldn't even give us a chance to finish, nor ask whether we have finished. I had to direct other orders to the persons at kitchen and someone in the kitchen area asked, in a sarcastic way, If i would like ice cream with our order. Food was prepared as take away, without our knowledge. We sat down with our "take away " and began eating. Not long after i discovered hair in my Dagwood, i called one of the waitresses, who came to inspect with hands in her pocket. She then called the person who had prepared or packaged the food. I told them i had no desire to continue eating and i bought a pie from the convenience outlet. I was refunded for the Dagwood but not for the mangos juice. The waitress rudely reminded me that there was no hair in the juice. I told her that it was an overall experience i was concerned about. Anyway thank you Wimpy
