I came to Nandos Carlton Centre on June 4th. The cashier got my order wrong. When Simphiwe brought my food and I had told him they had gotten it wrong, he was so nonchalant about it as if I then had to deal with what I was given even though it was not what I ordered. He maode no effort whatsoever to correct the mistake and instead went about attending to other tables. So I then had to get up and go to the cashier myself and correct my order. Get back to the table I was seated at and it has been taken. Fine I understand that cannot be blamed on Nandos but after that had happened, I was then told by Simphiwe to not forget my cutlery as I made my move to another free table. and if that wasn't enough, my food arrives and the wedges are cold, so now I have to wait another 5minutes while they make fresh ones, meaning my chicken gets cold in the meantime. I appreciate the Manager's (Castro) willingness to correct my wedge issue but my overall experience left much to be desired. I noticed Simphiwe chuckle after he had received a complaint from another patron. I find his behaviour absolutely unnecassary.. The cashier should listen to customers' specifications
