As a client that travels frequently and tends to have meetings at a Mugg and Bean, while in Durban Suncoast and Musgrave center have exceptional service quality and really make you feel welcomed in the restaurant.
My experience last week I was discussed at the service, I entered while awaiting company I did not have a problem with the seating, I ordered coffee perfect going smoothly, I then waited 20 minutes for another waitress to find out if everything was ok I ordered a Red Velvet cupcake and a water as my intention was to order properly when my companion arrived I could not eat the dried burnt cupcake and when I complained I got a laughed out "Im sorry its the chef" and when my bill comes it has a note written on it sorry it wont happen again. is this the service level that Mugg and Bean maintains being at an international destination point I will never recommend going to the airport branch again after being treated as scumb! its not that a refund was wanted but acknowledgement and being treated with dignity as a client, my meals were supplied properly and with excellent service by the wimpy next door thumbs up to them.
