The Order was incomplete for food I payed for

The customer service was very bad and rude. There was no one at the till and when I ordered Meal the chip were half full. I ask them fill the chips full and staff just stared laughing at me. I have picture of the half
chips as well. This is a huge inconvenience I want to be compensated with 4 vouches for my medium Grande Chicken Spicy Meal not less. I informed them nicely and I'm available on my cell phone before noon at all time. I have a picture of the chips and 2 friends as witnesses. Some on called me Thursday the 2 May 2013 and said they will get back to me, I have not heard from anyone since that day. Can you please south this out for me.
