I went to kfc today to quickly get ice cream and boy oh boy did i regret it, i waited in the drive through for 15minutes (had i known i wouldnt have) and when it was time to pay it appears as though the guy punched in the wrong order and it took longer to void the sale, i really think kfc should anticipate te lunch time rush as they know it is peak hour, i have never seen such slow service ever. and Norah could smile some more please, especially when the fault is with kfc not me
