On Tuesday i orderd my fiance something to eat like i do every week, i phone in place the order and pay over the phone with my credit card i wait on the line until it has gone through. this particular day i knew i was dealing with a different person so i asked them twice has my card gone through and they said yes! this was at 11 am and i told them to deliver food by 12:30. (which i do every week), just after 3 i get a call from my fiance saying that the are there asking for money, which i have already paid. then they sit there demanding payment not only was the payment the issue the food was over 3hours late!!! I then phoned the manager to find out what was going as this was unacceptable! i said i would get a call back! i then proceeded to phone the head office which was told that they would take it up with the store and i would get a call back, Wednesday morning i receive a call from the store manager swearing at me because i called the head office and telling me that he does not need my R30 business and then hanging up! extremley un professional!! absoloutly disgusted!!! never going to them again!!!
