On 22/05/13 bought breakfast at KFC and moved aside to allow other customers to place their orders. My order came in the lady serving me ignored me and served about 2 people who were after me. When I asked why she hasn't given me my order, she rudely says, its not her job find me and she could not see me. (I was right there in her view). On 23/05/13 while in the que a cashier (Ayanda) that was present in yesterday's incident tells the other cashier that there was a crazy customer yesterday who complained for being served after a white person and her colleagues cheered for her saying she was naughty in zulu("uyeyisa wena"). While serving me she left my card in the card machine and left to go & clean ice-cream machine and instructed another cashier to capture what I had ordered (shouting and being sarcastic). I was charged for an extra cuppaccino and told her, she rudely said she did not hear me and she instructed other cashier to gime me my R5.00.She carried on being sarcastic about this crazy customer she was talking about. Her collegues still laughing and saying "uyeyisa wena". I fear going there now, but its the closest KFC to me, is this right? I did not mention anything about race.
