Utterly bad services and incompetent staff memebe

Aving only drive through in king williams town you would think KFC staff members would be equiped to do their jobs instead day after day we as consumers are met by incompetent staff members that cannot even operate a till yet are trusted with our time as customers. I went to this KFC wednesday they 15 of May, we placed an order and stood in the queue of that drive through for well over 30min after which time I went to the window to try and find out if I can get some sort of resolution. The lady at the window gave me excuses ranging from faulty tills to her being inexperienced those were the excusesi got as to why effective service delivery could not take place. I asked to speak to her manager hoping to eek sone sort of explanation, now this guy by the name of Lennox simply stood there totally blank not offering an ounce of explanation as to why we were in that queue. When our turn came we drove to the window wnd this lady had no idea what we had ordered after she tried to figure this out she simply told us there were no wings. I am so disatisfied and would like to know if this the kind of service that we as consumers deserve.
