I left a complaint on Wimpy's website after receiving the worst Wimpy service of my life.
If a restaurant can only accomodate 30 people, there should be only tables for 30 people. Don't make a excuse and say you are busy if the capacity was chosen buy the restaurant it self.
The meal ordered was delivered exactly the opposite as requested from the waiter.
I requested to speak to the manager, but still haven't heard from the manager since.
After the website complaint, I received a email asking for my mobile number. I am still awaiting that call as well.
