McDonald's Diepkloof takes the crown for the worst service supplier!!! Received the wrong order and upon realisation was told to select another product as the one i wanted was not available. I had specifically asked for mudpie in which I was given but only realised after eating two tablespoons of the supposed mudpie did I realise that it wasn't what I had asked for. The "'manager'' in is his lousy efforts than tried to mediate the situation by TELLING me to choose another variant!!! I had specifically told them that if they could not provide me without i wanted then I demand they give me my money back. This was even after I had asked the service personnel who was serving me whether what I received was indeed a mudpie, which he confirmed that it was, and clearly HE was WRONG.
I feel that the situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner and that clearly no training has taken place at McDonald's Diepkloof Square, as they clearly have no idea of how to handle customer complaints.
