Telephonic Orders

Steers in the Midway Mews Shopping Centre in Midrand, is impossible to get hold off. Every single time i have tried to call in and place an order, the telephone is picked up and placed on the counter; when redialling the line is then obviously engaged, because the receiver is taken off. I have also noticed the staff do this on numerous occasions whilst in the store. I find this to be pathetic service! Please do something about your telephonic orders else you will continue to drive customers away
