Avoid the bully at La Forchetta

Understaffed restaurant meant an unreasonably long waiting time to order, for drinks & food.
Lack of ventilation meant smoke from the kitchen caused our eyes to hurt.
Nasty chef was cross and arrogant that we didn't order starters (we would have, but the wait was too long).
Really bad attitude by chef/owner Angus.
I pity his staff having to put up with him!
