So this Larry boy decides to throw my retainers away and have this "i got bigger problems than this" attitude, how the are you supposed to take care of customers and undermine them at the same time? As for Frans??? i got no words, just had to emphasize on how responsible Larry is but did nothing to try solve the issue at hand, are you supposed to be the manager? WAITED for over an hour for them to find them, guess what?? ANOTHER 5MINUTES WASTED laughing about it, what was so amusing? I have no idea, but as a paying customer i am off and will never ever go back there, oh and before Larry we were served by Zulu, who got absolutely NOTHING right, positively annoying i must say, with an attitude aswell, no apology, whatsoever, for getting everything wrong!! And i mean everything, from our drinks to our food, for a restaurant with such a good reputation this was the lowest you can get. " I GOT PROBLEMS BIGGER THAN THIS", this one just makes me even more angrie
