Had an awful experience at Spur lemontree when we went for breakfast on Wednesday. We were under the impression kids eat free on Wednesday and their refreshments are free with our spur cards - only when it was time to pay. We were rudely told by the cashier that kids eat free after 11 and the refreshments offer didn't include kiddie milkshakes only coke/fanta. This type of info should be shared with the patron before ordering! We feel we w ere ripped off! The place is filthy, we had to ask the waiter to please come clean the table and then he used a smelly cloth- there are flies everywhere!! It stinks and subsequently I have landed in bed with food poisening. We also noticed our leftover toast was given to another table... This is unacceptable and a disgrace to the Spur name!!
