I have been to the KFC in northdale and spent 15 minutes in long queue and there was one cashier at that time. workers were taking food breaks and the cashier was taking the orders as well as making ice cream cones and milkshakes. this can be picked up from cameras. Then after the long wait i tried to address the manager and she refused to talk.(View Camera). I had a previous problem with the icecream and every time i went there it was not resloved. They are to sell such horrible ice cream. then to top things up. after recieving my order, my meal came with plastic pieces that was fried with the chicken. I do have photos. I was treated with a bad attitude and therfore i gave a bad attitude and i will make sure this story goes to everyone in northdale until they close this branch down or sort it out. WE as customers cant be treated like this and they need to learn that or be fired. I then left to the northway mall KFC and it took me three minutes to get my meal. i also took photos there.
