Efficiency beyond due diligence

I was involved in a car accident outside the country, unfortunately in a coutnrty that does not border with RSA.

I was initially advised that the insurance will have no part until i bring the accident vehicle to a RSA border... obviously this left me stranded and essentially abandoned by my insurance company which had authorised that am covered outside the borders of RSA... WEndy eventually took the initative to reach an agrrement that benefitted me and alleviated my problems.

Wendy took her time to review my policy and explain everything and kept me informed on progress throughout the process.

I can sleep better knowing that some insurance people do not set out to find loopholes to NOT assist clients in need.
