I joined the insurance company on 22 October 2013 and i was promised that my vehicle will be covered with immediate effect. on 17 November 2013 i was involved in an accident.
When I tried to claim i was informed that my vehicle was not covered until 22 November
I am still without my vehicle and i cannot do my work properly
