I have needed to do an urgent transfer of funds and need my limit increased and have not got the time to go into the branch. I tried to use the Secure Message feature but got ignored (saturday), tried again on monday (got ignored), sent an email to Prestige banking email address (got ignored). Tuesday I get a call at 10:00 AM saying that it will be done in 30 minutes. (still waiting over 4 hours later). I got emailed then asking for more info that I replied to instantly. Still waiting...
Seems that all of these "services" are just there to frustrate the customer. This is horrible service and customers seem to be unimportant to the big blue bank...
