I would like to commend Ryan (not sure of his surname) at your Standard Bank Southdale Branch business accounts department.
My account was frozen for some or other reason and I called to complain. Ryan managed to resolve my problem in less than 30 minutes. I needed to pay a suppler and could not due to the frozen account but Ryan saved my day and came to my rescue.
