Ryan Kisten, WELL DONE, THANKS!!

Ryan Kisten, a claims consultant for Dial Direct in Kwazulu Natal, should be commended for his excellent service. He has basically restored my mother's faith in the insurer. My mother was having problems with her fridge which was faultering and covered under the household contents. When she tried to claim for this, she was incorrectly declined by 1 consultant, and strung along by another consultant who made empty promises, and did not return her phone calls when it mattered. Fed up with their stories, she decided to terminate her policy. This led to Ryan Kisten contacting her to find out her reason for terminating. She explained it to him in great detail, and he then (like the ones before him) promised that he would sort out her problem. The difference is, he actually did what he said he would do, and took 3 days to sort out my mother's problem, where others took more than a month and failed. Ryan Kisten went the extra mile and his managers should know of his good work and how he has saved the company's reputation with us. THANK YOU VERY MUCH RYAN, THERE SHOULD BE MORE OF YOU!
