Dear Discovery Insure, For the WORST, MOST PATHETIC, MOST UNACCEPTABLE service that I have ever had to experience, I must congratulate you! I get an email from Viresh Archery the fourth person I have had to deal with (the others being Riaz Samodien, Suleiman, Tsholofelo Gaechose) all apparently incompetent, telling me my car will be ready today! Guess what? For the second time I have gone out to the panel beaters and it WASN'T! The bumper wasn't even put back on the car! Should I really be surprised at the lack of competence! Then I phone to speak to him and oh! he's not at his desk and apparently doesn't carry a cell phone! REALLY? In this day and age?
This is my third complaint about Discovery Insure on Hello Peter - apparently they don't care about service delivery - I WILL BE SENDING YOU MY BILL!
