First for Woman, the underwriter being Telesure

I'm insured with First for Woman, the underwriter being Telesure. A truck hit me on Friday April 5th and still my claim has not been sorted or my car been repaired yet.

Lerato in Telesure Underwriting Department who is handling my claim told me 2 weeks ago that my claim has been approved but payment had to be approved.

I have been leaving messages for Lerato and emailed her but no response whatsoever.

A month has passed and I'm still driving a damaged car which is ridiculous considering I have insurance.
