I logged a complaint last week with Hello Peter with regard to the my debt review account. I could not believe my inbox the following. It was flooding with e-mails explaining INTO detail every single thing I needed to know about what was happening on my account. I have to point out that Ms karenJonker was extremely helpful and bright and even though I was a crude, she kept her poised and was very articulate with the details of my account. If we can complain... we can say thank you as well when ABSA do come back and sort out a quandary.
