RCS Account Closure Headache

I have made more than one request to have my RCS account Closed. They advised me that it will be done within the next 36 DAYS! Do they want their last service charge debit from me? I;ll pay that in advance just close my Account!!! It took me 30 minutes to open that account!!!
I have threatened legal action guess what... its not a threat anymore
