AF's incompentence has caused me significant loss

A series of mishaps resulting in AF forgetting to transfer my pension fund for 8 months has resulted in significant financial loss to me. After trying to go through the normal routes and being ignored by two of their staff members I resorted to posting a complaint on HelloPeter last week. This complaint was promptly answered by Candice Flowers who promised to resolve the matter but preferred to deal with me directly rather than through HelloPeter. After a number of emails to Candice, below is the best she could do: "I have investigated into this matter and note you emailed Natasha Singh in October 2012. Natasha did not respond to your email as she mistakenly thought it was meant for an individual in another division. This will be addressed and dealt with accordingly as this type of behavior is unacceptable and contrary to our service standards. According to the Administrator, a letter was posted to you on the 10th of December 2013 requesting further information be completed on the claim form" A "letter dated 10 Dec 2012 was subsequently emailed to me which in all probability given the level of service I've received to date was indeed typed up in 2013 as suggested by Candice he
