Query/Clarification on Accident Claim

I have left 3 messages for Fienie Kruger to contact me on 3 consecutive days : 23, 24 and 25 April 2013 and am STILL waiting. Not exactly good customer service!!

Their telephone system is abominable: a) takes forever to get answered and b) when you do manage to get a body on the line it then just cuts off.
