Just at the end of February a young boy drove into the back of our brand new car, not even half an hour on the road. He was driving his mother's work vehicle which is insured with Outsurance. We put in a 3rd party claim for this accident with Outsurance which they are refuting liability on because according to them the boy is not insured under that policy. This is incorrect as I have found out from another lady in the liability department. The boy was in fact listed as a possible driver of the vehicle. This is something which Tshepo Mlangeni over looked. I sent an e-mail of complaint to his superiors - Shaylen Thavers and Lancelot Rasilume on the 19th of April at 10:08 am. I have still had no reply from either of these people. I called Tshepo on Tuesday and he's passing the buck saying he has referred the matter to Shaylen and he's waiting for an answer from him. I think Outsurance is lying on their adverts saying they'll bend over backwards to make a person's experience with them a happy one. Wouldn't it be so much better to impress me by your service so you may get business from me in future instead of treating me like this for not being your client?
