Paying and getting no service

This letter is in response to your updated response dated 2013/04/22.

The Florida Branch Manager did not tell me anything about the DS. Aubrey Motshegwe is the one who talked about the Distribution Statement. I sent an email on the 15 April 2013 to your inbox but please let's not be selective and pretend that there were no emails sent before the 15th.

I phoned the creditors myself after Schoeman told me that he was awaiting response from the creditors and was able to get the balances on my own (so much for be covered by legalwise). Based on your response I am now vindicated for saying everything I said about you. You claim that it takes time to get DS but I was able to get them myself. You also claim that my complaint is difficult to understand. Which part of my complaint is difficult?

You stated that I am unable to get the DS from Schoemam..Aren't you guys suppose to help me get that from them? I am paying you guys but you still havent bothered to take my case up with Schoeman. Simple question when is Legalwise going to render me service I am paying for?
