Mybranch620 - Ignoring emails

I've sent [Email Removed] an email 3 days ago about an error on their website with regards to opening a "savings pocket". After three days I still haven't heard from them and the error persists.

This is not the first time I had to wait and wait for a response and or service.
The last time it was handled by "Miss Llemaine Paul" and AGAIN I had to wait more than three days for a response to my mail.
Please don't tell me I can do this sort of stuff at a branch! It's flippen 2013 I should not have to go to a branch to do simple banking stuff.
