BAD SERVICE/BAD ATTITUDE/INCOMPETANT

I had a loan with them a while back & was retrenched so unable to pay, I have since been fully employed & attempting to settle all my debts, I tried calling them September last year to get a settlement letter, with no luck, called again no luck. Went to my bank for assistance they called & were promised a settlement letter/statement within 48 hours. Days went by with no word, phoned them again, again told it's been escalated. Been trying now whole of April with multiple phone calls & emails but getting no luck. I have phoned their attorney who supposedly have my account but they can't get anything & their own credit department cant print a settlement letter. I have begged, cried, yelled & pleaded with no response. When requesting to speak to a Manager, their call centre agent Douglas told me it wouldn't help me as they would say what he said. When asked to speak to their people researching the matter, he told me they don't deal with the public. He just kept saying over & over it's being escalated. I have now reported them to every financial ombudsman, credit bereau & NCR in an attempt to settle this matter & once again they have gone silent. And I just wait, trying to fix my credit
