Unauthorized debit

I am posting this fore the second, I was working for FNB last year until September 2012, in last month FNB HR debited my account with R2971, they said I owe them. This was done without my permission, I went to a brach to have it reversed, the branch couldn't hep cos HR is untouchable. I followed up with a HR and challenged the decision to debit my account without my permission. As a customer I always believed my monies are safe in my account and I have control over it, but no, it's not the case. I've been following this matter with Venothan Govndsamy, he is now even ignoring, cos HR is untouchable. I don't earn that much to cover a 3000 unplanned expense, tomorrow when I default in FNB payments, I will be called uncreditworthy. If my account was with standard would you have done a you wish in my account. Tell us when u do not want us to bank with you, I deserve to be treated like a customer, there are four other banks that I can do similar banking activities. Please pay me back my money, I am already defaulting on my other payments... I need that money. It seems like no one cares.
