I was welcomed by the Assessors at the Drive in Centre, Alan came to greet me and ask if I was "Mrs Myataza", this surprised me, the fact that he knew who he was dealing with. He explained everything to me before he assessed the car, telling me what he was doing and them offered me some tea/coffee. It was quick, everything was done within 10min, he did not keep me waiting. He told me everything that was going to happen from begining to end. Jeanne was kind enough to assist me with the process.
