BANK OFFICIAL - CLUELESS
I requested that the money that was deducted from my account R316-45 plus the bank charges of R3-60 be refunded. This official in my view does NOT understand banking language because an EFT and a debit order are NOT the same. After several e-mails from myself explaining what happened - I have been asked to confirm that the money that taken from my bank account will not be credited back to me! Please get someone to help me who knows banking!!!!! This is extremely frustrating as the bank does have a referral report system to check up on such issues. I would like my money to be paid back into my bank account by 2pm today and not one day later! Such incompetent bank officials are a bad reflection on the bank! What happened to "How can I help you? " I do not have the time or patience to explain banking procedures to FNB staff - I am the customer!
