Complaint / review / scam report
I had tried calling their Call Centre to change Banking details - 20min later still no answer - it 3 times through the day. Then emailed them with the instruction and requested a response as soon as possible - 4days later n response.. I then submitted an online query/form with the instruction an my prior attempted communication with them and well 1 week later today.. no response.. I feel quite discouraged to be with them and worried if their services are gona be the same when im not around as it is a life policy..
