2 of the robots are out on William Nicol Fourways - for the past month now - every day I see Outsurance Points men - but they do not direct any traffic by the time I go past there. They stand at their motorbikes and either chat on their cell phones or they chat to each other. They can see that the traffic is backing up but still won't assist by directing the traffic - if this is the attitude of these points men - they should rather leave it and get real traffic officers to do the job.
