BAD SERVICE - Disapointment & Pathetic cst service

On the 5/04/2013 I walked into the eastgate branch to do a upgrade on my bank acc, but to date 20years with FNB I have never experienced such terrible service, 1stly after an hour of sitting get service, one consultant puts me to another after explaining that he cant advise on full range of products and since it is past his working time instead of holding up the interaction with client and providing excellent service right through. I get put over to F whom promises the world which builds confidence they let a bomb of displeasure by cancelled the one card that I had whilst upgrade by mistake... O yippy guess how frustrated i am now and branch is closed jst with me, now they cant seem to issue another card out to me and I am flying out next morning, patiently I wait and wait and wait excuses over excuses of how to work around it with no solid foundation of solution, eventually they issue another smart acc card like why the did you not think of this in the 1st place. Card issued promised that they will contact me on how to have the whole acc upgrade on islamic financial sector and I would have card by10/4, guess what to date have left msg apon msg for consultant & Marti v zyl
