My house is insured with Outsurance I reported a burst gyser with them on the 4th March 2013. However I spoke to a call centre agent and asked her if I can get someone from Newcastle to handle it because they often send someone from Ladysmith which is more than 100km away and she agreed. Due to my work I was sent to Dbn before I could get the lumber in Newcastle to fix my gyser. When I came back on the 20th March I called out the plumber to come and give me a quote as agrred with the call centre agent. I sent it through on the 21st March and to this point they have never attended to my quote dispite numerous attemt to have it sorted out and I still do not have a gyser. I had to go through the trouble of buying ern to ensure my family has hot water. What kind of service is this? It it so pathetic and disgusting.
